                               RESOLUTION NO. 20098
                  
                  
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO MAKE
                   APPLICATION TO THE TENNESSEE DEPARTMENT OF
                   TRANSPORTATION FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE
                   CONSTRUCTION OF AN INDUSTRIAL HIGHWAY
                   (SUPERSPUN AVENUE) RELATIVE TO THE PLANT
                   EXPANSION OF SISKIN STEEL AND SUPPLY
                   COMPANY.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to make application to the Tennessee Department of Transportation 

       for assistance in the construction of an industrial highway
       (Superspun Avenue) relative to the plant expansion of Siskin 
Steel
       and Supply Company.
